Lock Changes and lock upgrades
We carry a full range of almost all UK lock sizes and shapes and have access to unusual, rare or out of production locks next day. We are usually able to change most locks on our first visit.

uPvc door and window lock repairs
We can replace lock cylinders, change faulty mechanisms, change window handles and adjust hinges to realign a dropped door. Sometimes this may require a service called ‘toe and heel’ where the glass is removed from the door, realigned and then refitted.
Most UPVC doors come fitted with a multi-point lock known as a Mechanism. The Mechanism consists of the face plate which is the strip that runs up the edge of the door and the internal workings. There is a wide range of manufacturers of multi-point locks so getting the right lock for your door is not a simple task. 24 Hour Lock out service
We offer a reliable 24 hour lock out service to Redhill and surrounding areas. We are able to open most doors non-destructively, avoiding the need for new locks to be fitted and reducing costs. We appreciate how stressful being locked out of your home can be and we will always get you back in.

Insurance company approved locks
We supply and fit BS 3621 insurance rated locks to meet insurance requirements. These are normally fitted on exteriors doors and windows. BS3621 Insurance Rated Locks In all instances it is good practice to fit British Standard Approved locks to all of your external doors. It is in many cases an Insurance company requirement and will reduce your premium. Approved locks carry the British Standard Kite Mark and are approved to BS3621, a rigorous test standard to which the locks must perform.
Approved locks come in the form of a five lever dead lock, which you will typically fit to your front door, along with a night latch (Yale type lock), and a five lever sash lock, which you would typically fit to your back door or French windows.
